I have been made aware that the un-encapsulated glow powder that we use in our toys is not ideal - it ideally should be encapsulated, as non-encapsulated glow pigment can be more of an irritant than when it is encapsulated in the event of pigment rub-out.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eEach and every one of our glow toys, squishies, and teenies are tested for excessive rub-out before being sold. Each one has had a couple of grains, if any, rub-out upon testing.
