
"Combining orders" is having two or more orders that have not yet been dispatched placed into the same package to save on shipping costs.
For example, say you placed an order for a toy on a Monday, and then see another toy you want on Tuesday and purchase that one as well. These are two different orders, but going to the same person at the same address. If none of the orders have been dispatched yet, we are happy to combine your orders and refund you the sum of the shipping cost that is saved this way, but we will not provide this service automatically.
If you make two or more purchases that have not been dispatched yet, please contact us at saturnsunstudio@gmail.com and ideally on one or more of our social media accounts as well, for the best possible chance of us seeing it in time before dispatching one or more of your orders.
However, if you make an order on a Monday and then place a second order on a Friday, there is a decent chance that your first order has already been dispatched. Once this happens, it is out of our hands and in the postal system, and nothing can be done to combine the orders. Please check your tracking numbers to be sure. If you are unsure, reach out just in case and we can check for you.
Please note that there is not a 100% guarantee that we will be able to combine your orders in time. Sometimes emails or messages get lost, missed, or sent too late, and as we are only human we may dispatch your first order without noticing your request to combine them. Please do not place any additional orders believing that them being combined will be guaranteed - by placing multiple orders that is a risk you are taking, and you must be willing to pay for shipping on all of them in the instance that your request is either missed or received too late.
