Refund policy

Our products are checked, cleaned, checked again, and bagged in heat-sealed plastic packaging before being packaged and shipped out to you. This does not mean however that our product will be perfect, due to the hand-made nature of our toys and the possibility of flaws being missed, as we are only human and mistakes will happen occasionally.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because of the intimate nature of our products, we do not under any circumstances accept returns or exchanges.

REFUNDS, PARTIAL REFUNDS, AND REPOURS

It is good practice to carefully check your product while it is still sealed in its original packaging for any potential issues, as if there is an issue with your order, you are much more likely to get a refund or repour if it is clear that the toy arrived to you in that condition.

 

If there is an issue with the product you receive, please do not hesitate to reach out at saturnsunstudio@gmail.com with any questions or concerns, and allow for 48 hours to receive a response. If no response is received within 48 hours (and you have checked your junk and spam folders) please feel free to reach out to us on any of our social media accounts so that we can reach a resolution together.

 

Undisclosed flaws or other issues may be eligible for either a full or partial refund and/or a repour of the toy/s purchased, depending on the severity of the issue, fully at our discretion.

 

Partial refunds may also be provided in the case of combining orders.

 

SATISFACTION OR CHANGE OF MIND

We cannot provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please carefully read the product description, including size, measurements, firmness, and flops and mold flaws (when applicable) listed and photographed on each listing before purchasing. 

If you purchase a toy and find when it arrives that it is the wrong size, firmness, or shape for you, or otherwise change your mind about your order, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund or offer an exchange once the order has been dispatched, as we cannot control what you choose to order and thus cannot take responsibility if you make the wrong choice for your own body or personal preferences.

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind shortly after placing your order, there will be a grace period where I will be happy to cancel your order for you, so long as it is before the toy has been dispatched. Time between purchase and dispatch may vary.
