SUPER FLOP: A stray drip of silicone made it's way into the Pipi mold and went unnoticed, which then partially peeled off of the side of the mold before this pour was done on top. This resulted in the drip delaminating and creating a "tunnel" through the silicone that cannot be properly sanitized and thus is not safe for any kind of sexual use.
